Customised management training courses

Beacons provide customised, in-company, short management training courses in :

"Customised" for us means starting from our considerable experience and understanding of best practice in training, and then working with you as the client organisation to design training courses and modules that meet your needs exactly.

These courses are typically one day in duration. However, they can all be compressed to a high impact half-day module, or extended to two days if the amount of content and your needs require.

Courses will have minimum of 4 participants, but preferably 7-8, which is a better number both in terms of group dynamics, shared learning and also value for money! Larger numbers can of course be catered for.

Our management courses are usually delivered off-site, locally and at a centre specified by you if required, or at one of our recommended venues.

2-3 Day Management Training Courses

For longer management training programmes, we offer our Leadership in Action programme.

These longer programmes can be residential, usefully extending the impact, duration and learning from our work together.

We are market leaders in 360 feedback which we offer as either a "stand-alone" service or incorporated into a management programme.

Senior Managers

For more senior managers, we provide appropriate and focused versions of any of the above, plus one-to-one coaching.
