We can't give you our 360 feedback service for free, but we can give you some typical 360 review questions and other resources to help you and your colleagues get the best understanding of how a really effective 360 feedback process should work.
Firstly, a comprehensive guide to 360 Feedback Best Practice, produced by a group including the DTI and the University of Surrey. This gives a lot of excellent advice about how to deliver 360 feedback effectively and avoid some of the common hazards and mistakes which can occur.
A good 360 feedback question needs to be very specific and ask about a visible behaviour or activity. We have a vast database of questions, covering every aspect of management and team activity, including customer focussed activities. You can find some sample questions which our clients often find useful here, along with details of our question database
Finally, here is a sample individual 360 feedback report. This is a shortened and anonymised real report that uses a fairly typical layout, showing the self-assessment and rater's scores, as well as all the feedback comments made by raters of various relationships.
