20/20 Insight GOLD allows respondents to add feedback comments for every question, or just selected questions. The software collects everyone's comments anonymously, and the report displays them next to each score.

Most raters elect to log on to a secure website and respond online. However, paper copies can be distributed and completed if necessary.
