15 March 2012 - Something new from Beacons for 2012 – short workshops held at your site for small groups of your people. Delivered in our usual practical and interactive style .. on site with the minimum impact to the working day.

How does it work?

• You choose the content for two sessions of approximately two hours, one before lunch, the other after lunch
• Content selected from a wide range of Beacons material, or we can design bespoke content just for you
• Numbers limited to max. 10 per workshop, to ensure content is personal enough to be useful and readily applied

4 July 2011 - "Could you develop a one-day workshop about avoiding Complacency?", we were asked. Now we have, and an interesting challenge it is too. The biggest problem, of course, is that as soon as you recognise it, complacency ceases to exist. This makes it much harder to get hold of and experience in the training room but we think we've managed it. As one participant said, "The discussions really made you think about complacency and how it affects us." Details of all our training modules are here

31 August 2010 - Presentation Skills, Strategic Thinking and Assertiveness are three new management training modules that Beacons clients have used very effectively during the past few weeks. Available as half day or full day programmes, one delegate described her Strategic Thinking programme as "Brilliant. Best course ever. I came for ideas and to learn and both were facilitated".
